The 2560 S. Espina Street building was constructed in 1980 and is characteristic of typical apartment layouts, but the units (ideally suited for single occupancy) have been updated with new flooring, new appliances and more efficient heating and cooling systems. Each room has it's own separate cable and phone connection. These apartments are nice, practical and can be rented furnished.
