2510 S. Espina Street, Las Cruces, N.M.

The 2510 South Espina building was initially built as a custom home in 1903. The original portion of this building contains small apartments (ideally suited for single occupancy) with oak floors, ten foot high ceilings and small lofts for storage or for a bed. All apartments have custom tiled bathrooms and kitchens, which is a signature feature of Espina Place.
